Investment begins at 12% of the overall event budget. Minimum spend applies.

EVENT coordination (60 DAYS)

Designed for clients who have managed the planning process but want a trusted team to step in for the final stages, our 60-day coordination service ensures every detail is finalized with care and precision.

In the weeks leading up to the event, we organize logistics, confirm vendors, refine timelines, oversee décor setup, and prepare for seamless execution. On the event day, 2–3 coordinators are onsite to manage flow, setup, and all final details.
